50 calls for journalism/writing pitches (November 6, 2023)
I am travelling so much more as a tech editor than I ever did as a travel editor, I wonder if all tech editors should moonlight as travel writers when no one’s looking. In one month of my new gig on a tech site, I have been to London three times, Kyoto, and Hamburg, and am now planning trips to Hong Kong, China and Rome, all taking place in the next month. It’s exciting, it feels privileged, and I hope the sense of escapism lasts.
