75+ calls for journalism/writing pitches (February 10, 2025)
I had a call last week with a former colleague at CNN, who I interviewed because despite being a software engineer, has built up over the last 20 years a very popular travel and culture blog. He’s not a writer, he’s not a photographer, but his blog is often referenced by people looking for lesser-known destinations. He’s even published a book based on one of his experiences. Take a look on YouTube here or listen to the podcast.

🖊️📃Looking for writers!
Hi friends,
As we begin another year with new projects and collaborations, I'd love to broaden our network of writers/freelancers.
Looking for those who have worked on and published people-centered stories on the interconnected themes of food, climate, nature, and livelihoods.
We work in English (though translate into other languages) so proficiency in writing in English is required.
